We ship in United States only. Shipping times vary based on location and method selected. KissbyCree, LLC is not liable for delays due to shipping carriers or other external factors.

Return and Refund Policy
Overview: Our priority is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of all our customers. To uphold these standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses and lip products once they have been opened or used. This policy is in compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Lip glosses and lip products that remain unopened and unused may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, and the return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds for unopened products will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days upon receiving the returned item.
3. Defective Products:
1. If you receive a defective lip gloss or lip products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your orders. We will guide you through the process of returning the defective item. Upon verification of the defect, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost incurred.
4. Allergy Concern:

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of lip gloss that contain almond oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and vitamin E oil or lip products, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We may request medical documentation and/ or the product for assessment. Eligible cases will be considered for a refund or exchange, and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Final Sale Item:
1. Items marked as " Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This include products sold at a discount, promotional items, and limited- edition releases.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange for an eligible product, please follow these steps:
